Where do you ship?+
Worldwide. Standard shipping is a flat $6 and free over $60; Club and Studio members ship free with no threshold.
Are the planners dated?+
No — every planner and calendar is undated. You fill in your own dates and can start any day of the year.
Do you sell any food or sweets?+
No. Paperlane is a stationery and paper-goods shop only. We never sell food, sweets, chocolate or edible items.
Are the sticker and washi patterns licensed?+
No. Every pattern is our own original or generic design — no licensed characters or brand artwork.
Can I return something?+
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days (60 for members). Written-in books, opened sticker/washi packs and used ink can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How is my payment handled?+
Securely by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel Paperlane Club?+
Yes, any time from the customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period; shipped seasonal boxes aren't refundable.
