1. Using the website
Use thegeneralstoreuk.shop lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, place fraudulent orders, or misuse the contact and bulk-order forms for spam.
2. No infringing designs
Because all of our patterns are original, we cannot accept requests to reproduce licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, film, game or brand artwork, or any copyright- or trademark-protected material, on custom or bulk orders. We may decline any request that could infringe third-party rights.
3. Bulk & resale
Bulk and school orders are welcome via our bulk-order form. Resellers must not misrepresent our products or imply an affiliation we haven't agreed.
4. Safe and lawful use of products
Products are stationery, not toys. Some include small parts, sharp tools or ink. Keep them away from young children and use them as intended. Do not use our products or the site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, cancel orders or refuse service where this policy is breached. Report misuse to support@thegeneralstoreuk.shop. This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales.
